Changing VOR frequencies

I think this is a little inconsitency:
On a VOR frequency, when rolling the decimals to higher and above .95, the the last digit before the dot increases too.
Rolling down this does not happen.

So in consequence when changing upward from 123.90 to 123.10 you would see a change onto 124.00

Yes I have also noticed this also.

The other silly little bug that I have seen is, on finals and once the NAV mode 'APPR' has been selected the FMA announces LOC1 and GS, initially in white (armed), once captured the LOC1 (or FMS APPR) will go green as does the GS, once captured, but I get a small GS flashing in the FMA area, is this intended, or maybe another small issue?

We are working on another hotfix, with the service pack to follow.
The plan is to build today and then test. If it passes we will post here and also on sendowl.
