CTD when selecting multiple approaches

Hello

I did some flight testing at KVSP and and just input KVSP-KVSP as route.
Selected RNAV 19 as approach (while still on ground). Then changed my mind and went for ILS W 19. Just after EXECuting that approach change, Prepar3d CTD'd with this message
