Cannot shutdown engines
As per the attached screenshot: Condition levers are in the shutdown position but the engine say: "nah, we keep running".

Re: Cannot shutdown engines
Hi,
We are doing some changes on engine levers to support different hardware configs.
For now on just use typical key commands : CTL-SHIFT-F1 to shut, CTRL-SHIFT-F4 once to move into Low Idle from Fuel CutOff, and CTRL-SHIFT-F4 to cycle between Hig/Low idle with engines running.
Thanks!
Tomas

Re: Cannot shutdown engines
Don't you think you should warn us about this stuff when you post a HF?
Honestly I like the aircraft but between the lack of manuals etc after 5 years and the stuff like the above, you would have to excuse us for asking questions in regards to who exactly is running this operation.
No information, just let people find out this stuff for ourselves....seriously this is pretty bizarre behaviour from this company.
Seriously getting annoyed with this type of behaviour....as for beyond study level...at this stage you are kidding yourselves despite potential.
Where in the below was the information you have provided above?
Hello folks,
As we are a few days out from release, the reports have come in (as anticipated). We are working on a hotfix for some CTDs and minor inconveniences that will release tonight. We will be addressing some of the other larger concerns (hardware mapping, etc.) in the days after Christmas.
Download the latest installer here: https://www.dropbox.com/s/xffnzh5xgdqw6 ... 3.exe?dl=1
We appreciate everyone's feedback and patience as we iron out the initial teething issues. The changelog is below. Enjoy your holiday everyone!
Changes
FMS Changes
-Fixed runway/approach text alignment
-Fixed intermittent CTD when modifying the flight plan
-Fixed a CTD when clicking a previously selected approach while transitions are displayed
-Fixed an issue preventing proper filtering of certain approaches
-Fixed an issue preventing the full name of approach variations from appearing
-Fixed using the same waypoint for entry and exit on an airway stringing the entire airway
-Fixed LLSK1 on MCDU MENU not working
-Fixed LLSK6 on IRS CONTROL not working
-Fixed a bug that could cause issues with FA legs
-Fixed an enroute hold issue
-Fixed inability to enter default transition altitude
Systems Changes
-Removed invalid MV_TAWS gauge entry
-Fixed an EGPWS/TAWS crash
-Fixed excessive EGPWS/TAWS resource usage with certain scenery
PL21 Changes
-Fixed a time display bug
-Fixed a TCAS bug
Just be honest with your customers - please.

Re: Cannot shutdown engines
How would we know to do so? We cannot fix what we've not experienced yet on our hardware. My Saitek yoke and quad have been working perfectly since I switched from a sometimes flakey old CH Pro Yoke, to the new Saitek system.tcarter.67 wrote: ↑Tue Dec 24, 2019 1:14 pmDon't you think you should warn us about this stuff when you post a HF?
Please also keep in mind the time of year and all of the other obligations one has to family, and the occasional need for everyone to visit the "Little Pilot's Room..."

Re: Cannot shutdown engines
That is not a hardware issue. I pull back the levers with the mouse and the engines won’t shut off.

Re: Cannot shutdown engines
Since the cutoff(s) work using my Saitek controls, as well as using the mouse to move the condition lever(s) to cutoff properly here, I'm running out of suggestions.matpietsch wrote: ↑Tue Dec 24, 2019 8:50 pmThat is not a hardware issue. It is likely that Jon's new MVAMS will solve the problem.
