Chart viewer?
I can't for the life of me get the chart viewer to work. I can find absolutely no documentation on this at all. After finally finding the 'chart subscription' page of the Status Menu on the MFD, it appeared to be a dead end. Anyone figure it out? Loving the plane but the throttle issues and the lack of documentation is making things harder than they need to be unfortunately.

Re: Chart viewer?
In my ..\Prepar3D v4\Milviz\ folder there is a folder called ECV.
It contains subfolders ALTERNATE, ORIGIN and DESTINATION.
In each of these folders there is a tekst file called Blank.txt
My assumption is that this is for the Charts.
ECV might mean "Electronic Chart Viewer".
Next question is how this work, or is meant to work.
Best way woyld be something like linking to the Navigraph Charts the way it´s done in the PMDG 747, 737NGXu ansd Aerosoft CRJ and Airbusses, but I doubt.

Re: Chart viewer?
All I've found is a utility that uploads JPEGS of your charts into the FMS. So, unless I'm missing something obvious, there's no Navigraph charts integration, as we've seen on other products that aren't claiming to be "beyond study level."

Re: Chart viewer?
The product page feature list includes "Chart viewer system".
I thought that I saw somewhere that it said that Navigraph charts was integrated, however, I can't recall where I saw that. I certainly can't find it on the MilViz website anywhere so if I did in fact see that, it was likely on a 3rd party site and thus not reliable.
Anyway, it's listed as a feature but I'm at a loss as to how it's implemented and/or how to use it. Not really a show stopper for me by any means. I'm just glad that the throttle issue is getting fixed!

It was posted for a year ago (almost) on FS Elite: https://fselite.net/news/milviz-tease-n ... r-ka-350i/iangrant1981 wrote: ↑Mon Dec 23, 2019 10:57 pmThe product page feature list includes "Chart viewer system".

Not sure if it will come in a later update, cause it doesn´t seem to be implementet yet.

Re: Chart viewer?
There is a charts tool - seems it may have been omitted from the release - it will be added in the SP

Re: Chart viewer?
But not in this version. Don’t take this the wrong way but the fact that your customer service guys don’t know which features (and not a small one I might add) has made it to the release version which is very...concerning.
Maybe you imagine how this looks from a customers perspective? I would like to love the plane but yes I am concerned that I end up with another half backed toy riddled with bugs instead of proper hardcore simulation. Your competition does that, please rise to the challenge to show that corporate aviation can be done right in the sim.
