Installation/Activation error

Greetings.
I am getting the following error when loading the KA350 along with a CTD: "The product is either not activated or the activation failed. Please contact support."....Oisin reset my activation and still occurs.
I previously had the Beta's installed and thought I had uninstalled and deleted all files from the Appdata folder.
