Installation/Activation error

Greetings.

I am getting the following error when loading the KA350 along with a CTD: "The product is either not activated or the activation failed. Please contact support."....Oisin reset my activation and still occurs.

I previously had the Beta's installed and thought I had uninstalled and deleted all files from the Appdata folder.

did you install it to the P3D main folder? I had same when i had it installed outside. Seems one cannot choose other folders, it puts things into stanard Simobjects folder so it needs to be in P3D main. SImply let the path that the installer tells you, then it should work.

No, it's in the correct folder. I have been using the Betas and previous releases with no problems. Aircraft in Simobjects/Airplanes. MVAMs in Appdata.


I believe I have resolved this. The $%##$5#%$ Windows Firewall or defender? Disabled them and it now loads. Which program should I allow through it? But maybe not.
