Windows are almost too clear?
Is it just me or are the windows almost too clear? It looks like there isn't any glass at all. And it seems like there's a tint on the exterior but not on the inside. "Render to transparent services" (guessing that should read surfaces) is checked in the manager.

Re: Windows are almost too clear?
Hi,
agree that windows appear to clean.
It would add some realism if they would be slightly tinted and/or dirt shown, especially off the movement area of the wipers.
In addition some dirt and fingerprints on the digital displays would be nice, same as available in other add-ons.
This is no high priority but would be highly appreciated for future updates.
Cheers,
Stefan

I am fairly certain that was a creative decision. We discussed all of the various things that can happen to the front windscreen, most associated with the windows heat, and in the end, decided it was best to just go with a clear windscreen. We didn't want complaints about a blurry view through the front windscreen and the constant "turn off your windshield heat" responses it would entail.

Re: Windows are almost too clear?
I've experimented with tinting the interior window glass with the same tinted material used on the exterior, but I can guarantee that no one would like that dark of a tint. I'll keep experimenting to see what may prove workable.
If I owned such an expensive aircraft, I'd most assuredly be keeping everything as clean as possible! With my very life at risk, I certainly would not want a smudge or fingerprint obscuring some critical bit of data I need to know!

I spent years (decades) yelling at pilots to not touch the AFDs. Then Rockwell Collins makes a touch screen in the Pro Line Fusion.

Good comments
You are right that tinting in Prepar3D often results in unreal dark view.
Nevertheless the target should be to have a visual aid that tells you are actually looking at/through a windscreen and not the pure outside air.
How about window (and screen) reflections like below from another add-on?
