KA350i CTDs

Post by matpietsch » Sun Dec 22, 2019 1:18 am

Hi Team,

unfortunately I have encountered 2 CTDs already. One while selecting the terr/WX on the MFD and the other one while playing around with the FMS in cruise.

This is the eventviewer.

Same. I've gotten two CTD's pressing buttons on the FMC.

Also, one of my CTD's, which happened while hitting MFD ADV, sounds like this bug that y'all tried to address in the release version.

-Fixed an MFD ADV PREV/NEXT related CTD

Next CTD. Agaion with the Terr / WXR switch. Completly unusable in this state. I have not exited the sim once since I used the King Air. What do I have to do to get a refund?
And for the record: I have a well maintained installation and normally have NO CTDs.

Thank you - we will investigate.
In order to help us identify the problem, please let us know
  1. what are your system specs including other addons
  2. what was the exact sequence of actions on your part that resulted in a CTD

Hi, for the TAWS CTD, could you please expand on what exact scenery you are running in the vicinity of where your crash occurred? What airport did this occur at? We are seeing several occurrences of this with specific Orbx products installed and we are trying to narrow it down. Thanks
