Hi,

I have today received an update for the KA350 and during install I am asked for a S/N. I purchased from MV store 20/5/2015 bu have only an O/N which I tried and which was rejected. Is there a S/N somewhere?

If you log into your sendowl account you will find your key.
in addition you will have received an email with the download link and a copy of your key.
