Crisper and without some banding artifacts, especially the blue indirect lighting, and the two overhead floods. Minor missing and typographical errors fixed as well.

BTW, the lights are pretty powerful, so for the best experience I've found two L-clicks on each knob makes for a very nicely balanced cockpit that won't blind you and your night vision!

Now that P3Dv5 is coming to release Tuesday next week, will the SP1 still be released independently of the upcoming P3D version?.
Which are MilViz plans regarding the KA and P3Dv5?.
Cheers, Ed

I found a pretty interesting item in the P3Dv5 changelog: (https://fselite.net/news/prepar3d-v5-co ... changelog/)

- Fixed environmental forces for turboprops.

Could be something big like realistic blade drag at idle power settings. However, I can imagine that this could cause more waiting time for SP1.

SP1 is P3Dv4, not v5, so let’s not include this just yet. 😅

One thing at a time - SP1 first and the we will evaluate V5 once we have everything 100% in V4.

What is the general consensus here about V5?

I personally tend to wait. Wait until developers go across.. P3Dv4.5 isworking well for me now. I would be happier to wait 5months to update to v5 and keep using 4.5 with KA-SP1..

One thing after the other.PD3V5 seems to add interesting features but for now I simply would like to see a download link for SP1 and enjoy your KA350 in P3DV4.

I kinda feel like v5 will be out before this service pack will

In all seriousness I have ZERO intentions of moving to V5 if my old addons wont work. The jump to V4 was bad enough and I lost a TON of addons or had to re-buy them. Frankly im getting tired of investing money into addons only for them to be obsolete with the next big Platform upgrade and with V5 I dont see anything that makes me want to make the jump. Sometimes I wonder if these developers realize some of us have a few hundred bucks to even a couple grand into addons, only to have them go obsolete...I cant run FSX, P3DV4, P3DV5 AND MSFS2020 On the same comp just to use all my addon aircraft...at a point it just gets silly and starts to drive me out of the hobby having to keep upgrading every year or so. I'm probably one of the few who don't really care for the new platform's. for me the announcement of msfs2020 and V5 was more of a "aw crap, here we go again" because my system ive invested so much into doesnt amount to a fart in the wind once developers start building for the new platform. it just means more money i have to spend to keep up with the hobby. the way it goes i guess. Yes I realize 99% of you will say im an idiot and disagree. I just hope there's no big changes that keep older planes from working. as long as developers make aircraft for v4 too, ill always stick with that. I upgraded from 4.4 to 4.5 JUST for the King Air 350i but it was well worth it..well..at least it will be when we get the SP.

UPDATE:
KA350i Version 1.1 Official RC4 (1.1.1) is now in testing.
Hopes are high that this will be the one.

Considering that MSFS2020 will come this year (hopefully), I will stick to P3D V4.5 for the time being, until I have seen how MSFS2020 is recieved.

I guess we will have to re-pay for alot of content, both for MSFS2020 and P3D V5, and I'm not going to support two platforms, simply due to the cost (I have also a family to feed)..

Speaking personally - if V5 looked as good as MSF2020 I would be on it in a heartbeat

Update:
There are still bugs, but thankfully only relatively minor ones.
The team is preparing a new build as I write
