they = me
It didn't turn out that way - big apologies.
one thing we haven't done is stop working
Don't expect you to believe me but it will be soon
latest build seems to be systems good
a few texture issues remain

Frankly, I’m just happy you guys are going above and beyond making this plane live up to its price tag lol. Seriously, you guys are doing an awesome job. Can’t tell you how many other developers whose name I won’t mention would just release it and say f**k it and leave it..on to the next money maker. To me it just goes to show milviz stands behind their products and doesn’t just turn out crap to make a buck. You guys are all about taking pride in your work.which sadly is lost on a lot of other companies. I won’t lie, updates are nice just for the sake of not leaving us hanging wondering what the heck..but you guys are doing an amazing job! Sincerely Osh, thanks for your efforts and not giving up!Don't expect you to believe me but it will be soon
Still wish there was an autopilot for the F86 though lol

Thanks again milviz..keep up the awesome work

I hardly think this much praise is warranted considering we're simply waiting for them to bring the KA350 up to the standard set by their own marketing copy as a "beyond study-level" simulation. I've no doubt they're working hard, but let's be realistic here...chevelle505 wrote: ↑Thu Apr 02, 2020 12:11 amFrankly, I’m just happy you guys are going above and beyond making this plane live up to its price tag lol. That. I appreciate the hard work but a functioning plane is what we have bought. I speaks a lot about this industry that we praise developers who actually deliver what has been sold.

LOL wow, typical Internet forum I guess...now I’m getting hassled over too much praise.
Funny how many people on the internet get awfully mouthy behind their keyboard when in person, I’m sure would be quite a bit more polite and understanding. The king air has had quite a few snags along the way to put it lightly..but Milviz, as a whole has come through before with other products and I don’t think this will be any different. S**t man, they’ve offered refunds to those who weren’t happy about the wait on release. It’s a very complex sim and yeah, I praise them for their hard work and not tossing in the towel. It speaks alot about an individual who gets their panties in a twist over someone else’s positive comments merely saying”hey, good job guys..keep going” of course like I said, it’s an Internet forum... there’s always one or two keyboard cowboys out there just showing their ass

My criticism of your post was pretty tame. You, on the other hand, sound pretty upset. I hope your day gets better.chevelle505 wrote: ↑Thu Apr 02, 2020 9:52 pmLOL wow, typical Internet forum I guess...now I’m getting hassled over too much praise.Funny how many people on the internet get awfully mouthy behind their keyboard when in person, I’m sure would be quite a bit more polite and understanding. Clearly, because starting a sentence with "LOL" obviously conveys angerYou, on the other hand, sound pretty upset

my initial post was directed at Milviz... clearly.... and was not an invitation for your criticism.
like they tought you in grade school, if you have nothing nice or productive to add, maybe just keep it to yourself

take care, hope your day gets better as well

I would have no issue discussing this matter face to face with any dev. I am happily open for any video call which could be recorded as well. Why shouldn’t I, we are all grown ups.alex.767 wrote: ↑Fri Apr 03, 2020 12:19 amMy criticism of your post was pretty tame. You, on the other hand, sound pretty upset. You on the other hand implicitly say that I am a coward that lives in his mines basement. Couldn’t be further from the truth.
Also, You should read what Alex and I wrote. That was factual and you start attacking people.

Re: ....on the verge of Service Pack One
How close are we actually on the release of the SP ?
I ask because we now for the last couple of weeks has been told that release was eminent.
Doodlebug has told us week after week now that the SP would be released monday for each of these weeks.
So instead of teasing us, it would be better to be honest and say that You don´t know status and cannot give any date.
I find that communications has been weird right from the start on what would happen and when.
I fully understand that it´s hard, or next to impossible, to tell when bugs will be fixed.
The KA350 was released just before Xmas and we now write April. It has been advertised that it has taken 6 years to develope this addon, so how could we end up where we are now ?
For me the KA350 has been a hangar queen the last 3 month, and it was not exactly a cheap investment.

Re: ....on the verge of Service Pack One
All i can do is apologise. Knowing the history of this project I have been hesitant to make any statements about probable completion dates; whenever I have, it's been because at the time, the team were confident it would be done. At each turn a new issue has arisen.
NB: We could have used the default P3D AP etc, and for a lot of users that would be fine, but we really want it to work as much like the Proline as possible.
lastly, just so you are aware, we are trying to make the best product we can; we are not trying to dupe anyone, and every week that goes by costs us both in terms of salaries and reputation - we really want get this right, and get it finished asap.

Re: ....on the verge of Service Pack One
I have been into flightsim for many, many years. I have experienced products and "support" from the majority of flightsim developers. I have had consistent and amongst the best service and support from Milviz.
I understand the frustration being felt by people waiting on the KA. Milviz are working hard to release a product people will be happy with as well as they themselves being comfortable with. I know many say "release it now, patch later" but this usually ends in disaster and even more frustration.
I am on the test team for the KA. It gets regular updates, however it is like Milviz have said, other things come to light.
Here is a post I have running with change logs. Apologies for missing images...The Internet can be a funny thing.

These are trying and exceptional times for us all. Many people have horrendous problems with the current real life situation. Look after yourselves and each other.

I just delivered new RealLight files and some new and revised files to our Team Leader to include in the new installer. Some of them had been degraded and these are shiny new and fresh!
