This Test flight was conducted at Innsbruck LOWI visual approach Rwy08 via LOC Rwy26.

We evaluate the functions of milviz products, compatibility with P3Dv5, product performance under P3Dv5, execution of flight procedures, aircraft performance and control characteristics.

Since it is still a Beta version, various bugs caused by the instability of P3Dv5 itself can be accommodated. It perfectly inherits all the functions and performance of the stable version of P3Dv4, and is still a study-level product.

During the engine start, the FPS will suddenly drop from 60 to 20 and then return to 60 within 5 seconds after the propeller starts to rotate slowly. Both engines have this problem when starting.
The overall cockpit is dark, which may be related to the P3Dv5 shader and HDR.
The instrument panel will still flash, with vertical sync and unlimited FPS turned on.

Guys please have a look at the top of the thread. New version to address displays and fix for the lighting not illuminating all the panels.

Regarding the FPS drop: I have observed that if you are zoomed in on the prop disc it results in a slight FPS drop. Viewing at normal zoom levels seems ok.

The hotfix shown at the top of this thread did not add the greenish indirect lighting to the main panel as it was before. I'm using p3d 4.5.3

When I extracted the fix to p3d it asked for permission to overwrite so I'm assuming it went to the correct location.

I went to the file location and the unzip apparently didn't insert the texture in question. Did it manually now I'll test again. BTW, the radar is still useless.

Still investigating that issue. Not everyone seems to be experiencing this.

Two observations when I took this bird out for a test flight after some time:

- side window open / close does not influence engine sound level.
- MVAMS render to transparent surface setting (again) does not seem to update the panel.cfg file.

On the MFD, destination airport, distance, ETA and weight text still collide. Only the first text line is well spaced.

Thank you for the update. panel lighting working well. I agree that the MFD and PFD could be a tad brighter.

Anyone else not able to avoid a graphics card out-of memory when loading the king air? Can't seem to figure out how to install with low-res textures: it just uninstalls the king air.

I have strange metallic chrome rendering with the V5HF2. Original shaders, EA not activated.
Am I the only one with this issue ?

Testing at the default Randolph AFB memory usage:

2.9GB default F35
4.9GB with the Milviz King Air
5.2GB spike during engine start - that would explain my graphics card running out of memory in orbx areas.
