I Have been on this train since 95, fs95, 98. 2000, 2002, 2004, FSX, P3D... IL-2, X-plane 9, 10 and 11...
tons of addons, planes etc...
But never ever experinced something like this...
Forces me to suspect/belive there is something in the file, the KA 350 file itself... What that ever might be, i dont know...

Let's look at the log first. If something is not missing. Unfortunately there is no such other report, that's why it is not so easy...

Perhaps your download of the installer package is somehow corrupted? Have you tried downloading a fresh copy?

Yes, I have downloaded 3 copies, no difference, and this is so strange, since it looks like I am the only one having this issue, I mean everyone has their personal settings in the sim, regarding system, specs. etc, so I guess most of us dont have the same settings, in graphics, Nvidia Inspector etc.
The only issue similar to this that I can recall/remember was when TFDI released their 717, there was a problem with the magenta lines in the screen, but that was because there was a difference (?) between if You had MSAA or SSAA in the graphic settings in the sim. But thats the only one I remembering having a "visual" problem like this...
So, I dont know what to do... Checking the log again I suppose
Otherwise, I have to give up...

Unfortunately this looks the same as in my case :/ It really looks like effect of some tweaks done for nvidia driver. I'm just using factory default settings. Probably could be caused by antialiasing tweaks like SGSA (Sparse Grid SuperSampling) but is just a guess. If by any luck you are able to save your current profile, restore factory default setting in the inspector and check - I would try this first, then maybe perform clean installation of nvidia driver (there is a special checkbox for this in custom setup mode). It might help, but it's just a guess. Sorry, I could not help much here, because I will be far from giving "format&reinstall" advice, esp. if you have lot of addons.

Not really much help here, as neither of those two files are used by this aircraft. the "MilVizT50_navwhi" is for the T50 Bobcat, and the other one I'm not sure of, but probably one of our military jets.

Installed the hotfix this morning, hoping for a final sucsess, but no. Still tha same problem,
still get 14 of these lines in the log

error=Failed to load visual effect "MilVizT50_navwhi"

Im about to finaly give up, but if any of you have some other thought... and maybe a sulution, please let me know!

One final try.
Just to let You know. I did a complete "blow out" of my whole computer, did a new, fresh install of everything on my PC, Win10, etc. everything from scrath. Like if the computer was new. Then a all new fresh factory install of the latest P3Dv4.5 latest build. And a brand new install of KA350...
Still the same problem/issue, still no sucsess.
I give up now.
Sorry guys, but thanks for all your efforts to try to solve this. But this beats me.

That's something really interesting. Do you really have 8GB of RAM? If you start P3d with KA loaded, what is your memory usage in Task Manager?
If it is very close to 8, you may try to move all sliders all the way down in p3d settings just to check if this is not related with OOM condition.
In task manager -> Performance Tab -> Memory section, what is your size of Paged Pool (bottom line, value on the right) if P3D is running? Normally it should stay below 1GB.

No OOM problems, and well below 1 GB when P3D running.
Checked the task manager and nothing alarming, just normal.
This is almost spooky, must be something in the KA file itself, (?) cant have anything to do with my graphics, memory, specs or comuter etc...
I have tried everything now (I think) and this gets more and more strange and wired, like I said, never runned into similar problems berfore, ever.
Wish I had this magic wand and swosch! The problem is solved...
I mean what could Santa bring??? Lets hope for the best, before the evening is over!

We are at a loss. Normally, I am the one who has graphics issues with products. I had this issue and the same solution that worked for me for some reason is not working for you.
