Hi,

1. FMS Flight Planner: After inserting the first way point on FLTPLAN Page 1, the FMS goes instantly to Page 2. This is not the correct behavior, which is supposed to stay on Page 1 until you press Next Page to continue the plan or press EXEC.

2. Is it possible to use the auto switch function FMS to LOC? I ask this because when tuning the ILS frequency, a "ghost" needle appears on PFD, and the operation to change from FMS to LOC is kind of awkward during a final approach procedure - the pilot has to change to HDG mode, select LOC1 source, turn CRS1 to ILS course, etc, etc.

3. So, what for is the "ghost" needle? It points correctly to the ILS course, but is useless with APPR.

4. Just before the approach, the FMS shows a message about LOC or ILS auto-tuning - is this already happening?

5. Missing an approach, the FMS lost all the APP waypoints. I tried to rebuild the approach within the DEP/APP page and received a glorious CTD.

It's been quite difficult to find a complete KA350i Proline 21 Manual in the Internet. In Youtube I found well intended pilots' tutorials, but with the same disinformation degree in the above subjects.

When choosing a STAR in FMS DEP/ARR stops the Sim and comes a Windows message about an ODBC error, but clicking OK, the message goes off and the Sim continues normally. Choosing the intersection and landing runway is safe.

The central MFD shows blurry images starting from high dusk to night if used as a 2D window. If moved back to the panel, it behaves normally. The pilot and co-pilot PFDs show nice and sharp images as 2D windows.

Regards,
This sounds like an issue with the Access redistributable. What was the error, specifically?
Hi Colin,
Today I got the error again. The message is in Spanish (I don't know whether the airport/STAR is in Colombia). The STAR chosen is ANKA2A for the SKCL (Cali) approach, in Colombia. Twice I tried, twice the error came, but as I said, is non-fatal. Here is the message:

"Statement Execute: [Microsoft] Controlador ODBC Microsoft Access] Falta, ] o un elemento en la expression de consulta 'Proc = 3 AND AirportID = Pa_RaM000 AND (RwyID = PA_RaM001 OR (RwyID IS NULL OR Rwy = ")'. (42000)

Behavior is correct; it will go directly to page 2 after entering the first waypoint.

That "ghost" needle displays when a NAV-to-NAV procedure is armed. We will post more info on NAV-TO-NAV feature together with the Release Candidate documentation

That will be fixed in the incoming releases
