Re: Moving throttles/props/condition levers with hardware
I have the same issues as said in another thread. I can't assign and use any of the throttle/prop/mixture. I have a VirtualFly TQ6+.
For me the ideal solution is to set these via the MVAMS, so we can set where exactly the beta/feather/cutoff ranges start.
I'm curious, how the developers and beta testers tested it all this years? No hardware throttles?

Re: Moving throttles/props/condition levers with hardware
When trying the -25 aircraft.cfg fix, I failed to notice I had set up throttle controls in both the sim and FSUIPC. So I deleted the control settings in the sim and when using only FSUIPC (v5.153) input only I get no visual movement of any of the controls (cold and dark state). I then cleared all of the throttle control settings in FSUIPC and configured the settings in the sim. Afterwards, I only have visual movement of the two throttle levers and Mixture 2 lever. Neither prop levers or Mixture 1 move. The -25 modification does not work on my system.
Oddly the reverse throttle setting I have configured in FSUIPC works correctly. My Honeycomb yoke and Saitek Pro Flight Combat rudder pedals work perfectly. My setup also works perfectly with the Milviz 310R Redux.
Happy to test any suggestions!

Yes with no change - however, as another data point, when I assigned a lever using FSUIPC on my CH throttle quad to just "throttle" as opposed to "throttle 1" and "throttle 2", I was able to get the full range of motion (with both levers paired, obviously). Prop pitch 1 and 2 work independently via FSUIPC as does Mixture 1 and 2 (at least, I'm led to believe they do; my CH TQ has a hardware issue where both are reported as the same axis so it's not possible to assign as 1 or 2).N4GIX wrote: ↑Sun Dec 22, 2019 8:59 pmDid you try this suggestion?trevorbair wrote: ↑Sun Dec 22, 2019 8:50 pmYep, same here with my CH throttle quad. Was hoping it wasn't just me!![]()

So, I guess I have to park this addon till is fixed? That sucks!! I can get the throttles, props, and minutes to move, but they’re reversed. When I go to the Joystick Calibration menu within FSUIPC, and check the “Rev” box, all axis stop working. When can we expect a fix? I’m using a PFC quadrant.

Incoming. Just finished the design and Taguilo is integrating.

Well, that's awesome! Thanks for your hard work, JB et. al!JonathanBleeker wrote: ↑Mon Dec 23, 2019 10:34 pmIncoming. Just finished the design and Taguilo is integrating.
Question, will we get a notification of the SP release or will it just be posted as a topic here in forums?

You guys are awesome! I can't believe how quickly MV worked up a solution, particularly one that looks as elegantly integrated as this!Incoming. Just finished the design and Taguilo is integrating.

Do you still have the visual studio solution open? Can i request 2 small changes there on the load manager?
* A label indicating the units (LB)
* For the fuel, maybe a slider from 0% to 100%? Since its just a textbox i dont know what are the min and max values and i always have to go by trial an error.
Thanks!

Re: Moving throttles/props/condition levers with hardware
Hello, I also have this issue where I can't control both throttles with two separate levers. I have been told by JonathanBleeker that there is no plan to fix this and that the issue is at our end with FSUIPC. The config tool coming with the Service Pack only addresses the beta range issue. I use the same FSUIPC settings with the Majestic Dash 8 and have no issues. Here is the relevant section of the .ini file. Any suggestions on what the issue may be? The Majestic Dash 8 has no mixture, but the props and throttle work fine. Also, on the Milviz KA the separate prop and mixture levels work, only the throttle can't be controlled by two individual levers. I uninstalled, re-downloaded and reinstalled, but no change. Thanks. --Don

Re: Moving throttles/props/condition levers with hardware
OK, if I go into FSUIPC and delete the calibrations for both "separate throttles per engine" and the "main flight controls", then I can see both throttles move in the sim with the axis assignment of "send to FS as normal axis" with the "axis_Throttlex_set" assignment. Whew, hopefully this is behind me now.
