Hi Tomas,

Thanks for the reply.

I usually use the "send direct to FSUIPC Calibration" setting & have done so for years. I did try the "send to FS as normal axis" previously but it didn't change anything. I'll delete the KA programming from my FSUIPC ini file & start over. Hopefully that will fix the issue.

Good to know beta & reverse are to be implemented however I have been able to achieve those with my previous settings but as mentioned the levers did not move in the VC.

Will report back.

It might be rather tricky. First time you select the Axis tab, choosing "send to FS as normal axis" might show the combo box disabled, and that is confusing. Just play a bit with the options until you get the combo available.

Hi Tomas,

I'm very familiar with FSUIPC & have been using it for years to program my axis & buttons in my sims FS/P3D so have no problem setting it up. I also use Spad.neXt for programming but not usually for my axis.

Have removed all traces of the previous KA programming from the ini file & done a completely new group of settings using "send to FS" with the same results I'm afraid. The levers in the sim's VC do not move when I move my hardware levers.

However I do now have control over the prop's RPM's & they remain where I set them, although as with the throttles the levers do not move visually in the sim.

Also using FSUIPC I was able to set a beta/reverse range that seems to be working fine.

Are you indicating to me that with using FSUIPC as you advised you are able to see the levers move in the VC?

Hi Guys,

Don't know if it's worth reporting this again however I still get this ODBC error with the latest build & am unable to access the flight planning features of the aircraft with the usual "session is not connected" message.

Would be nice to get some sort of help to sort this out. Until then there's not much I can do to test.

Well finally happy to report I have fixed the issue!!

My latest Google search showed up an issue with my MS Professional Office 2010 which had installed a 32bit "Microsoft Access database engine 2010" instead of a 64 bit version.

Seems to be working fine now, have been able to open the aircraft & also access the PL21 flight plan pages with no error messages.

Hopefully this has fixed it.

Dear all!

I am having the same issue with the ODBJI32.DLL. Can't program the FMS at all.
I have tried to install a 64-bit version of the Access Database Engine, however, my system refuses to do so, as there are "some 32-bit components installed.
Any ideas to solve this?

Best regards,

Markus

Not that it will probably help you Markus but mine got fixed by uninstalling Office 2010 which I wasn't using much these days anyway.

Thanks! I have uninstalled my Office 2010 as well (which was still the 32-bit version) and re-installed it in the 64-bit version - that fixed it!

Hi Markus,

Great to hear it helped. Also that there is a 64bit version in case I decide to reinstall.

Hello Just buy the KA350, have the same issue and run into this message

I have the same error, The FMS is unusable.
Now I don't plan to unistall microsoft office just to use this product given I use Word almost everyday.

And incidentaly installing your addon screw up my office installation, everytime I try to open a word document office is trying to install again and I have an error message !

Let's be franck, I'm furious, its not like Office is a minor or exotic program...

So please provide a way forward so that I can use both my Office install and your addon.
Thanks
