Graphics Issue [Resolved - GPU Upgrade]
Hello,
This is really hard to explain other than show images and a video - but some parts of the airplane have an 'oil slick' type rendering issue.

Thanks!

Re: Graphics Issue
Looks like a video driver issue or something. I have never seen an issue like this come up before. Is this in V5 or V4?

Re: Graphics Issue
Well bummer. I just did a full 'DDU' (Display Driver Uninstaller) and reinstall with the latest Graphics Driver from AMD. I can now see the walls inside the cabin but the seats are all trippy and quite a few things in the cockpit still look like I ingested quite a few micrograms of something
.
Unfortunately, the Video Card is kind of old, I just upgraded everything around it and the graphics card is what is left. My core system is pretty beefy now and I was hoping that was the issue with my old computer but now I realize I should have upgraded the video card instead. It costed about the same (My specs are in my signature now) - I suppose I will just have to wait until I upgrade my video card since they just demoted the card to 'legacy' and will not be providing any more updates.

Re: Graphics Issue
Maybe try uninstalling the video driver and let the system install the driver offered through Windows update. Usually those are stripped down and pretty stable.
Also you can try the Legacy render files in the KA folder, there are instructions in the manual. It says it is for SLI compatibility but it may address your issue if you aren't having issues with other aircraft. This should run OK on an 8GB card unless you are trying to use max settings in P3D.

Re: Graphics Issue
Well, I caved and bought an MSI GeForce RTX™ 3080 Ti VENTUS 3X 12G OC which solves all my graphics issues, but now I am addicted to FPS and still can't get enough
