Quick Question on MVAMS
Hey all, just curious, when I save my flight cold and dark and have MVAMS Set to "Current Conditions" for save state, it still always starts the flight when I come back with the damn battery on...EVERY TIME. I dont want to select cold and dark because if im in the air and have an issue i can pick up with engines running etc. seems like the current conditions option is something they still havent fixed. I'm running the latest version (re-downloaded yesterday) and windows 10. Is there a fix for this???

Re: Quick Question on MVAMS
I'm not sure I understand what you are saying. If you are saving a flight cold and dark then the cold and dark setting is what you should use. Everything will be off.
If you are saving a flight , then current conditions is what you use because that state assumes you are in some state of being powered on and in operation and will save all your FMS, baro etc. Without a battery or any other power source saving states wouldn't work.

Re: Quick Question on MVAMS
What I mean is shouldn’t “current conditions” save the current condition of the airplane? If saved powered up..it should load the next flight powered up. If saved on the ramp shut down, it should load the airplane shut down. In other words, it should save the current condition the airplane was in when saved. I use auto save, in case my computer glitches and I have to restart mid flight, I don’t want “cold and dark” to be selected for obvious reasons. But if I saved the flight parked on the ramp shut down, it would be nice to pick up where I left off cold and dark...ie the current condition the airplane was in when saved. Why have a “current conditions” option if it’s always going to start it powered up regardless of the “current” condition of the airplane.
