Is is possible to make a camera for the AP Panel

Post by sharpless281 » Thu Mar 04, 2021 6:04 am

I was looking at the aircraft.cfg and I see how the cameras are defined. I know what most of those options do but I do not know what Guid I need. Maybe on the next update the AP panel can have a camera definition.

While CP is great some users have reported issues using mousewheel scroll click using that program. You can always open a new window in P3D and position the camera as needed in that view.

Yep I disabled all the mouse wheel options. I still need to disable the mouse panning when I move it. I am just using presets and assigning each of them to a button

If you buy/bought Chase Plane, It's well worth the money and get an Xbox type controller, I use a Logitech controller which is assigned exclusively to Chase plane for the camera, You can move anywhere in the cockpit/cabin/outside, also whilst using Track IR. Best $50 i spent.

Interesting idea. I assigned presets to joystick buttons but I like this idea. I will try it.
