Throttles don't move with CH quadrant

Hello, I can't get the throttles to respond, but the prop and mixture levers function. I use FSUIPC to control the yoke and quadrant. All the other axis work as expected except the throttle. They don't move at all in the sim, but the engine do surge when I move the levers, but then fall back to idle. Any thoughts? Thanks, Don

If you check out the manual, that info is, I believe, on page 2 or 3.... Maybe 4... but it's in the first set of pages...
