I've been reading the book "Fighter Pilot" which is the life story of Brig General Robin Olds, WWII Fighter Ace, and an F-4C Phantom driver in Vietnam. This repaint is an F-4E so it represents what would have been his next Phantom had he kept flying. Col Olds only had four recorded Mig kills in Vietnam because the Air Force said when he got his 5th shoot down they would send him home. There were others I'm told. I love this plane, thanks MilViz for the quality and workmanship that went into the development of this plane.

The USAF painted a QF-4E Phantom with Col. Olds markings as well

Thanks for looking into the repaint even if it is the wrong model of Phantom, definitely one I wanted in the hangar for the Milviz bird. Highly recommended reading for any military aviation enthusiast!
