External wing tanks Green warning lights
I swear I had green lights for the fuel tanks on the warning lights panel before.
Now after a few flights i've noticed they aren't there no more. Any idea what
happened there?

I believe they only light up when a drop tank is loaded but fuel is not transferring out of the tank.

I just got through reading the fuel system section of the manual, wow, im
still not understanding the fuel gauge completely.
Anyway as I understand it I
should be seeing green LH,RH EXT lights on the panel, they are never there
startup to shutdown. previously they functioned as described but the last
3 flights nothing at all. No other problems with this aircraft, I love it, Im flying
sorties in NAM!

Do you have external tanks loaded?
In what position is the ext tank fuel transfer switch?

Re: External wing tanks Green warning lights
External tanks loaded and functioning fine, On cold dark startup 3 position EXT TRANS
(triangle)switch is in middle position, I move towards left side of aircraft.
After tanks are empty I switch back to middle position. The only time the lights come on
is with the test switch on the lighting panel.
Before the lights were on solid and would blink out during transfer, then remain on when tanks
empty.

I think it got reworked with the ADV model, since non ADV is no longer being updated.

The whole fuel system, including its management, was redone in the ADV.
