F-4 E not updating

Uninstalled the F-4E to reinstall p3d v4.3. Back up failed and cannot reinstall correct version because I do not have a recent installer. Last downloaded version was 170721 and this is obviously incompatible with the current version of p3d v4 and will not update via mvams and crashes the sim after loading.. Assistance required. Thanks
