F4 J/S afterburner flames bleeding

Post by ferry.bru » Wed May 30, 2018 7:10 pm

Hello ! I'm new here, so, ... I've just bought the Standard F4 J/S Phantom (3 weeks ago), I run FSX Gold, Win7, Nvidia GTX1060 and as the topic subject
states, I've noticed short flames coming out the left rear side of the fuselage just before the left engine exhaust nozzle when in full AB.
It's a hugly visual issue indeed and it's present luckily only on the left engine. Has someone the same effect?
It happens with both original default Milviz paints and freeware paints added.
Suggestions? Thank you in advice !!!

As told above it seems that there are little fences in the fuselage just before the nozzle from wich little flames bleed...

Hello! Well, one month after my first report,
I'd like to know if there's something moving towards
the fix of those flames...
Thank you

Nope. Can’t figiure this line out. Its not happening on my system at least. Dunno if we can fix what we can’t replicate...

Ok, I'm not an expert but the only thing I can
think is this question: do your effects files have an
univocal name or can they be overwritten by other
effects files with the same name?
Regards

The effects in question do have unique names.

They are fx_MV_pre_burner and fx_MV_burner
