Migrating from F-4E Standard to the ADV. version.

I orgiginally purchased the "Bundle" and have had several interesting flying hours. Now to try the ADV. ver.

After turning off antivirus and backing up my Aircraft/F-4E file, I located file TACKPACK_A1.180221_ETP.Compressed Zip and "installed" it ..I then ran my existing F-4E programe .. but no change. I cut and pasted this Zip file to a pen drive, then backed up my Aircraft F-4e file.

Just incase I have already made a mistake, please advise how to install the ADV. version.
I can see file VA1.180221_E.Zip (348,821 KB) in my Downloads.

How do I verify that I have already installed the TacPack file?
Do I run the E.Zip installer again and find instructions there? (I hesitate incase I screw things up)!

Confirm that, should the ADV. version be too much for me to handle, I can revert to the Standard, presumably by deleting all and downloading afresh?

You should get a tacpack.ini in your aircraft folder if the TP install is successful.

And yes, you simply run the main F-4 installer (not the TP or ADV installers), and check the Uninstall checkbox. Then reinstall.

Thanks Jonathan .. yes I see the tackpack file in my Aircraft file.

I see only one other file in my Downloads .... MV_F-4E_Phantom_II_vA1.180221_zip
Is this the ADV add-on ? Sorry to be pedantic, but I know how easy it is to screw up the Flight Sim !!!!

(Strange .. I was expecting to see 3 "zip" files in total .. the Original Standard, the TackPack add-on, and the ADV. add on )??

Maybe the vA1 unzipped will list the ADV installer ... but I need to be sure ... so, How to proceed ??

I believe the ADV is a separate zip. If you don’t have it, contact Oisin.
