VOR/ILS control panel can't be found? My Approach and landings at the moment are assisted by eye and the Attitude/Speed audio/indicators.

With the Basic F-4E, can ILS instrument indicators be engaged, or is this reserved for the ADVanced add-on, which I have, but have not installed until I get more hours Basic experience ?

Nope. The only F-4 we did that can do ILS (technically not realistic as it was actually for carriers) is the F-4J/S. We didn't do an E with ILS at all.
