Hello, purchased the F-4E from FSPilot Shop this morning (Order #1002150).

Followed the support ticket process and cut and pasted the info below - did everything correctly from an install perspective. Issues:
1. Fuzzy VC textures
2. Many errors boxes pop up like:
* Failed to create VS10 from Memory
* Failed to create PS10 from Memory
* Failed to create GS10 from Memory

The aircraft runs/flies, but the VC textures are a problem. Have no idea why the errors are popping up.

System is a Dell Studio XPS 8100 with an i5 CPU, 12GB of Ram, & NVIDIA GeForce GTS 240 Graphics Card.

Have none of these issues with the following (both run perfectly);
A2A B-17 w/Accusim
VRS F-18E SuperBug

I am a big fan of the F-4 and would like to get this working properly. Any assistance you can offer would be great. I would also be open to posting on the forum, but don't have a log in.

Does your system meet the sims requirements?: YES
Did you temporarily disable your anti-virus program during the download process?: YES
Before installing did you disable UAC. (User Account Control)?: YES
Did you install, and are you running the sim as an admin?: YES
Before running the sim did you make sure the FSX/P3D directory is off limits to any AV scanning?: YES
Does your system have the required distributables?: YES
Is your video card DX11 compatible?: YES
If applicable, did disable any FSX to P3D migration tools (like Estonia) before running the sim?: YES
Are you using an aircraft other than a Milviz one as your default aircraft?: YES
Do you have the appropriate SimConnect libraries installed?: YES

Aircraft:
Sim platform: FSX + Acceleration
Operating system: Win7

disable mipmaps in vc

The fuzzy VC textures are due to the low Global max texture size as well as low graphics settings.

The popup errors however are due to your video card which is a bit old. Not sure it is even DX10 capable. The things affected are the radar, RWR, loadout manager, and cockpit lighting.
