F4E + ADV + TACPAC install order?
Doing a clean install now the P3D 4.1 TACPAC is released so....
F4E + ADV + TACPAC
or
F4E + TACPAC + ADV
F4E + ADV + TACPAC
or
F4E + TACPAC + ADV

Is a re-install of the aircraft modules necessary after installing VRS Tacpack for the first time?
I have several tacpack compatible aircraft already installed, and plan installing VRS Tacpack soon...

As Alvaro said, they are unrelated. If TACPACK appears all the features will start functioning.
