No payload will show up

This question is about the Milviz F4E/Tacpack, FSX acceleration.
I fly the F4 for several years now, never encountered problems until now.
I use 2 identical pc's, same configuration. Purpose: To compare settings and behaviour in case something goes wrong.
This worked fine sofar, but the problem I have right now is the same on both pc's: No payload will appear. In fact:
The payloadmenu allows me to change the amount of fuel, and that's it.
Clicking on fueltanks sometimes brings up a flash of the tanks for 1/10 of a second or so, but they will not appear. The same goes for all of the weapons.
My graphic cards: Nvidia Geforce GTX 560 Ti. The settings on both pc's are the same, so there might be something
there.
Some more information: Other Milviz/tacpack combinations work just fine. The Huey,the F86,P38 and the F15
(no tacpack) will load weapons etc. without problems. All my other tacpack supported planes (Iris A10, M2M Mirage
2000, VRS F18), also no problem.
I installed the latest updates (170721_E). I tried earlier versions that worked fine,but they also will not load
payload anymore.
Ofcourse it's something I'm overlooking, it always is...
