F4E v4.1 Update Engines Not Running and Sound Issues

Hi I just updated to 4.1 and there may be more issues than just this, but right out of the gate the aircraft is not running/ready to fly. I do have the ready to fly selected. Also there are no wheel roll or touchdown sounds. There may be more sound issues, but those are two that I noticed right away. I always tweak them to my liking and I cant get any wheel roll or touch down sound.

Is your v4.1 set to run as admin? As in right click, select Properties->Compatibility->Run this program as administrator?

Yes always. I also uninstalled and reinstalled with no results.
Update... Something with v4.1 or something I did must have messed up my default playback device as I discovered other aircraft sounds were missing as well? I changed the default playback devices in sound and my sound appears to be ok now including ground roll and touchdown sounds. The F4 is still cold and dark and won't startup ready to fly though

Run the updater again please
