Front Atlimeter+Vertical speed + true speed light

Hello,
is it normale that in front cockpit the altimeter, the vertical speed and true speed are not illuminated ?
Rear cockpit, it is ok.

The lights for the flight instruments are controlled by that little black knob on the upper left of the armament control panel.
