Dear Kat

Your latest F-4E MilViz F-4E Phantom II vA1.170424_E results in an immediate CTD in FSX as well as in P3D.

Hai Osh

My P3D version is 3.4.22.19868.
I believe reading the Website info, that it means, that also hotfix 3 is installed now.
For safety sake I reinstalled also client, content and scenery for P3D.
After that P3D worked fine as before.

My FSX version is 19.0.61637.0. Includes also Acceleration. It also works fine with any other aircraft

Uninstalling and installing the F-4E - Yes I used the new installer.
For safety sake I uninstalled the F-4E for FSX and P3D again, since the CTD occurred for FSX as well as for P3D.
After that I reinstalled the F-4E for both FSX and P3D.

Unhappy to say, but starting up again today I got immediate CTD’s for FSX and P3D.

Hopefully you can provide a solution.

Question 1 Where do I find the crash log?
No answer needed, since the last installation worked fine.

Remark 2.
Installing the latest F-4E and starting it up in P3D not only resulted in a CTD, but also in a powerspike and a motherboard shutdown and a requirement to start again from a default mother board situation.

After this crash I uninstalled this update and installed the foregoing version. This worked fine and there were no problems whatshowever.

I just today installed a new Windows 10 PRO up to v1703 OS build 15063.250.
Also a new FSX and P3D installation.
I used the old downloadfile and got a fine installation in FSX and P3D TACPACK included.
Entering the F-4E as a chosen aircraft now resulted in a fine working model also in FSX and P3D.

So end good, all good
