Does Milviz Phantom F-4S/J really work with P3Dv3.3 or 3.4?
Dear friends,
Today I bought the F-4 J/S and after installing without problems: P3D AppCrash with Fault Module ID as: MV_F-4E_Sys.dll.
My P3D was 3.3.5.17625, after reading some topics here, I decided to install P3D v3.4.22.19868 , guess what? Crash again... Mr Osh (from support) sent me an email with the S/J_vA1.170323 Update, again another crash now Fault Module ID was MSVCR90.dll.
Of course I followed all the steps described in topic "How to fix most problems" and nothing... It is so frustrating... ( I have so many addons: VRS FA-18, PMDG ,FsLabs without any problem).
Please, if you have success running the Phantom F-4S/J with P3D, tell me what P3D version you are using, I know that the latest P3D have the same problem (I read here support forum).
The only way now I´m using to fly is to rename the file MV_F-4E_Sys.dll to MV_F-4E_XXX.dll ,but of course the cost is some features that are lost.
Well,I thank you in advance for any tip.
Best Regards,
Hamilton

Rest assured we are working on a fix. A new installer that addresses all the CTD's plus adds additional functionality has been developed.
As I mentioned, this is currently being tested and you will receive this new installer shortly.

The latest J/S installer has just been completed and is currently being uploaded to our servers. I would imagine you will get it tomorrow or thereabouts.

Great news doodlebug! I´m a little frustrated here because I still don't have a working aircraft too.doodlebug wrote:The latest J/S installer has just been completed and is currently being uploaded to our servers. I would imagine you will get it tomorrow or thereabouts.

After today working through taking P3Dv3.4 through to version P3Dv3.4.22 & downloading latest F-4E & F-4J/S aircraft, & doing the 'delete radio files' in MVAMS folder, now have all 3 variants flying.
J & S are a bit twitchy on the controls, but I will have a look at settings to see if I can damp them down.
Thanks for advice.
