Common effect files in all products

HI,
I have both the F4J and the German Stuka installed and I also use a program called add-it-pro for P3D. That being said, using Addit pro I wanted it to remove the Stuka and it was merrily
wizzing along and it would come to a halt and showed a few so call common shared files in the effect folder and I had to click on the OK button for it to resume the task of removing and and
all files associated with the stuka. Getting back to the shared effect files, it looked like some of those effect files were being shared with the F4J - I don't remember the names of them but
I thought I saw the mivliz name preceding the rest of the effect files, I reinstalled the stuka and then used its removal tool to remove the stuka files. Some of the other effect files were just
common universal files that other 3rd party aircraft would use. But I thought I saw some milviz named effect files in the list.
So, I am wondering if I have to reinstall the F4J to possibly restore certain Milviz effect files that were removed when the Stuka was uninstalled? I keep thinking that perhaps I have to reinstall
the F4J but then I don't want to do something that is not necessary. Wish I had a log file so that I can compare the file contents vs F4J. Is that possible and how can I do that?
Thanks.
