TACPAC addon crashing FSX-SE

Recently purchased F-4E and the TacPac addon. Downloaded files show version A1.161120 for both files.

Install the F-4E into a stand-alone FSX:SE installation and it works. Disabled anti-virus and ran as administrator for install.

Install the TacPac addon and on a cold and dark startup is crashes FSX during the engine start process. With the startup state changed to ready-to-fly it loads the airplane and FSX crashes after a few seconds.

In either case FSX will no longer start properly without reinstalling the TacPac from VRS. Both the VRS F-18 and the TacPac are verified to be working before installing the F-4E, and the tacpac is the latest version. The event viewer shows VRS_TacPack.dll as the faulting application, but it only crashes when loading the F-4.

I've been through this process several times now. It's getting frustrating.

Also note now that if I reinstall the F-4 only, without the TacPack, it works but I cannot see external fuel tanks or other stores.

We have to test all of our installers before they go out. They're going out today.

Looks promising , no longer crashes on startup.
