F-4 is Crashing on Engine start P3D v3.4.22.19868

Installed the latest P3D hotfix and it killed the F-4. I note that the "Add-ons" menu doesn't appear unless I click on another menu item and then the "Add-ons" list will appear. I suspect a guage may be the cause as everything is fine until the engines start to spool up.
All things are in order and this is a clean install of P3D v3.4.22.19868.

Thanks. Still busted. CTD when trying to start the right engine. I have the E and J models. Not sure if that matters. My T-38 is CTDing as well. The F-100 is good though.

Here's the log. Didn't send me the same version I already have by accident did you?
