F4E and J and S models not working at all since last updates

Hello. I am a little concerned about this. 2 or 3 updates back all three of me models were working The F4 E worked with TACPAC and my S and J models were working with out TACPAC as well. Then came the UPDATE to the E model and a TACPAC update as well. I installed them as I did the others before, and my plane stopped working. My FSX STEAM just CTD's while doing the load after clicking on the Fly button. Shortly after that a update to the S and J model came!!! I installed this and it made my S and J model not work. Does the same as the E model. CTD's after hitting the Fly button. Updates were installed correctly. I have been around that block to many times.

I have friends that I fly with that say they have the same issue F4 E Phantoms not flying waiting for repairs. This had been going on now for months and we keep checking the forums to see if anything has been said or done about all of this but there is NOTHING DONE. I would like to get my F4E working again using TACPAC and also get my S and J model in the air again. I have no Idea if this applies to P3D but we are using STEAM. and our installs are the last that OWL sent out Nothing has worked.

I can't do much about a CTD if it is not reported. So please do tell your friends to come with their problems to the forum and I will help them. If you have reported the CTD already and I missed it somewhere my apologies.

Please post the error report so I can determine what module is involved. That way I can send you the appropriate file if the problem is what I think it is.

Does the CTD occur right when you click Fly now or does the loading get to the point where you can see the cockpit and the engines are spooling up?

Well, what happens is after hitting the fly button the slider loads everything till the very end and it just moves to desktop. The game does not take me to the cockpit and then crash, the game will load till about 80% aprox then move right onto desktop CTD. Just tried to use the planes now. What happens is the slider says " loading scenery objects" at 80% of the load and the next thing it does is CTD.

Does it load if you don't use our aircraft?

are you running the sim as an admin?

did you download and install with AV off?

did you install as an admin?

Can you find any error reports regarding P3D in the Event Viewer?

First of all, I have both sims FSX STEAM, and P3D, the latest version. My Phantoms were bought for FSX STEAM and I am trying to use them in FSX STEAM. The last download I have from OWL SEND is..... MILVIZ F4_E is...... EvA1.161120.
The latest TACPAC download I have for the f4_E is TACPAC vA1.161120_E_TP. Both of these I installed with my virus scanners off, as administrators!!! AFTER first uninstalling the previous install. The plane stopped working after I installed these two downloads.
Before installing the above 2 downloads the plane worked fine!!! every feature of the plane. I flew TACPAC missions with friends of mine whom I mentioned earlier.
My S and J model was porked after installing the MILVIZ_F-4_Phantom_11_S_J.vA1.116120 download with virus scanner off and installing as admin after uninstalling the previous version. This download was sent to me from OWL on 11/30/16. Before this install my S and J models worked fine.
I don't know what else to tell you except I wish I did not have this problem. I am not sure what happened and why my planes don't work but the same thing happens with both versions the E and the S and J models In FSX STEAM I select the plane!!! it shows up in thumbnail, I then press the fly button the loader starts to load.... terrain object, scenery objects, etc etc and at 80% aprox it seems to start slowing down and next couple of seconds I am on desktop. I do not reach the cockpit at all it goes to DESKTOP.

My questions are what you need to tell me in order to figure out what's wrong . So bear with me.

Again, run the sim, let it crash, and then go to Start Menu->Search->Event Viewer->Windows Logs->Application, and see if there are any errors for FSX or P3D. Post their reports here and that will help me figure things out.

Ok I started my FSX and in plane selection chose the F4E. Clicked on fly and the game CTD just as described previously. Went to the Event Viewer and the event viewer showed a red exclamation mark. I clicked on it and it made some reference to EZDOC CAMERA. I started the sim again with my EZDOC CAMERA OFF this time, and it did the same thing, ctd at the end of the load , showing the same problem in the event viewer....... EZDOC. I have below copied the event in XML and pasted it below. Hope this helps.
What is strange though is my EZDOC camera works fine using it with other planes in both FSX STEAM and P3D. I have never had any indication that there might be a problem with it. Let me know if you need more information, Thanks for you help.

How did you disable EZDOC? I will find out if any of our testers use it and have problems with it.

Well FSX prompts you and lets you choose if you want to use it or not, pretty much the same as TACPAC. If you want to use it, you click the YES tab, if you don't want to use it you click the NO tab. I started the sim with EZDOC turned off completely. The sim behaved the same as it did with EZDOC turned ON!!! at 80% load the system ctd

Interesting....Did you check the time stamps of the error messages? Are they consistent with the time the error occurs?

Well I just did not activate it when I asked me to so EZDOC was not running
