MVAMS not installing

MVAMS not installing

I/ve recently bought the tacpack update for the f-4 and the huey redux and when I went to install them the following error popped up. Any idea how to get the MVAMS to install with the package.

tru installing as an admin (right click on the installer and choose run as admin)

Reboot the computer. I had that this morning and rebooting fixed the issue

Didn't work, the program doesn't launch

Plavs, Yes, uninstall, then reboot then reinstall

Also make sure there is no instance of the MVAMS.exe in the task manager processes list.

Still gives the same message, "Error opening file

Just out of curiosity, what happens if you install the .NET 4.5 Framework?

Does anyone have an installation guide, it seems like MVAMS is the problem
