F-4J/S update not downloading

When I try to download the F-4J/S update from the link in your email, it is not allowing me to save the file.
Have tried several times which has depleted my available downloads to 7.

Has anyone else had this issue?

Did you disable your AV?

Was using Internet explorer as my default program. Used Chrome and it works fine.
Would it be possible to roll back my availability count.
