Hi, I've been using the tacpack equipped F4E for a couple of weeks now and have noticed an issue with the forward 2 AIM7 sparrow missiles. There seems to be an intermittent issue whereby when I load all 4 AIM7 missiles, the 2 forward position ones don't seem to get activated when I set up for firing. They do not light up on the indicator panel only the rear 2 missiles do. It seems to happen after I've been using a jammer pod on the front position and when I remove this and reload with all 4 missiles. Also when the jammer pod is fitted the other forward position AIM7 doesn't work. Anybody having similar issues, know of any work arounds??

It is not related to the ECM pods. If the CL tank light (nearby the RADAR/HEAT lights) is lit, due to having a tank or stores on the centreline station, the forward missiles will not fire, due to the risk of colliding with the center store. You must jettison the center store in order to fire the forward weapons.
