F-4 Phantom new Flight Problems
Hello friends, I have been flying the F-4 Phantom II under FSX / Windows 8.1 since 2016.
Now the following errors are there:
- Afterburner is shown all the time!
- Except for the left aileron, all surfaces work
- The aircraft accelerates when taking off, but turns upside down on the runway and always crashes.
-If I start in the air, it stumbles uncontrollably and crashes
Who can help me, has a tip, it's my favorite plane !!!!!!
Thanks and greetings from the pilot
Norbert

Have you tried reinstalling? Did you install anything recently that may be conflicting? It could be a controls issue also , have you recently moved controls around on USB ports or anything?

Re: F-4 Phantom new Flight Problems
The hub itself would not cause issues but FSX itself has problems if you unplug / move controls around. You basically need to delete your old config files and let FSX rebuild them. Then you can reconfigure as needed. Back in the day this was such a problem that many of my friends would mark which cord goes into which port. It's not a problem for Windows - The controls will show and work regardless but for FSX it is a problem in the way the control setups are saved because it refrences a specific device enumeration..
