Hello,
after the update
Milviz F-4E Phantom II ADV vA 1.171114_EADV.exe
I can no longer start the engines and the menu item Addons Milviz F-4E, Signal External Airflow Start does not exist either.
Unfortunately I did not see this menu item on my last installation.
Best regards
Peter

Did you disable your Anti virus before downloading and installing the update?

I don't think the AV is the issue here. If his gunsight is working the model is loading. P3D v4 is refusing to do something.

I have been doing some thinking and I am wondering if your P3D is properly updated since the SimConnect version for the ADV menu is older. If you go into your P3D directory, look for the sim1.dll. Right click on it, select properties->Details and post the File version number please.

Thanks for your answer.
Excuse my impatience, I'd like to fly the plane again.
The version number of sim1.dll is 4.023.21468 from 25.05.2017 / 23:07 o'clock.
Thank you very much
Best regards

Your sim client needs to be updated to v4.1. Remember to uninstall your v4.0 client (not the content or scenery) before updating to v4.1.

Excuse me.
I do not understand, I have everything (the F-4) uninstalled and then reinstalled.
I have also provided P3D with the appropriate update.
I will download and install the update P3D v4.1 again.
Thank you very much
Peter

Hello,
I reinstalled sim1.dll. My version is now 4.1.7.22841.
That was exactly the solution to the problem.
Thank you very much for the very good work.
By itself I would not have come to the solution.
Thanks again.
I wish you a Merry Christmas.
Best regards
Peter

Hello,
I apologize if I contact you again.
1. does not work with me the nose wheel control (in MVAMS / NWS I have a key switch set).
2. After engine start, burns e.g. an engine. I can not delete this with the fire extinguish button. This means that the engine deletion keys can not be operated.
I hope I'm not annoying you too much (maybe I'm just too stupid ?? :-))
Best regards
Peter

1: Is it a keyboard key you have set or a joystick button? If it is a joystick button, did you have the Toggle checkbox checked?
2: I will let Alvaro answer on how to avoid fiery engine starts...
