Still doesnt work even un installed the Phantom turned off my anti virus and downloaded it again. Then reinstalled it ran it as administrator and still getting the same message.

I will own up and admit that when I first downloaded and installed it I had my anti virus system off would that have anything to do with it.

I did do an uninstall and then ran it again with it off.

It appears the SE simconnect is required as well. You already did the one in the Legacy interfaces but try running the SimConnect.msi found in FSX SE dir\SDK\Core Utilities Kit\SimConnect SDK\lib as well.

Now that you installed please look for new (double check time/date stamps) errors in the Event Viewer.

It works it still crashes but only when I click End Flight thank you for being patient and for all the help.

It is basically the same as the one when it wasnt working Microsoft Flight Simulator has stopped working. Also how do you engage the NWS I have given a key to it on my joystick and my keyboard but when I press it it doesnt engage.
