Got it. Thanks Jon. Though, as a long time supporter who has invested quite a bit in Milviz products I could do without the sarcasm from Alvaro!

No sarcasm, maybe frustration.
My apologies.

The same problem occurs to not only my F-4J/S with ADV, but also F-4E with Tacpack+ADV.

My trim setting should be correct as suggested in this post, and my fuel setting is 25% with clean configuration.
But, my F-4E/J/S ADV does not take off even with flight stick fully pulled back and tail strike occuring, until IAS reached aound 350 knots.
And then, suddenly F-4 starts skyrocketing on 80 degree flight path. Very strange.

So, I uninstalled everything and try to install one by one. I found that this problem does not occur with plain F-4E and Tackpack.
Therefore, I assume that the ADV might have caused this problem.

Yes, I am using EZdock for P3D v4 beta.

Over 10 degree nose-up attitude on runway is easily achieved at around 170 KIAS, but this attitude continues even speed builds up to over 350 KIAS.
So it seems to me that trim setting or COG is not a cause.

I feel like main gears of F4 E/J/S ADV are "sticky" to the runway. After using up whole runway (overrun) , suddenly F-4 jump up and start skyrocketing.
Just as if 'stickiness' is "removed" by something, probably the undulation of land closed to the runway. Very strange behavior.

Disable Ezdock. It is known to stick the F-4 on the runway.

Thank you for your quick responce. I tried to disable EZdok in P3D menu, but it did not make any difference.
Then I uninstalled EZdok, and the problem is gone.

However, EZdok is so useful for me. Uninstalling it from my PC is intorerable.

So, only viable solution at this moment might be uninstalling just ADV for F-4E (I still love plain F-4E+tacpack!).
Unfortunatelly, there seems to be no imporovised remedy for F-4J/S.

Any way,I truly appreciate your advice.

Another EZDOCK user has discovered the root cause. Try disabling Fuselage Shakes.

After disabling Fuselage Shakes completely, the problem is finally gone. F-4E/J/S is now flying nicely with full ADV functionality.
Thank you for your great help!

Fuselage shakes is a feature of EZDOCK, so if you don't have it installed you won't see it. Another issue is likely involved.
