Re: ucrtbase.DLL CTD when F-4S is loading
Hi Jonathan,
few minutes ago just installed your last update. The good news:
1-Interior lights works properly
2-P3D 4 doesn't CDT.
The bad news:
1-Exterior lights missing; and, in the right consolle, the taxi light switch doesn't work either.
Anyway, thanks for your job so far. I'm sure the next update will bring the Full Monty operativity.

Second that. I just got another update and...
1-Interior lights works properly
2-P3D 4 doesn't CDT.
The bad news:
1-Exterior lights missing; and, in the right console, the taxi light switch doesn't work either.
And mirrors wont retract

I will check but I seem to recall disabling the taxi light as per something in the natops manual.
For the rest of the external lights, assign a key to the external lights master switch in the AMS.

Good idea but I cant seem to get any assigned keys to work for the Master Lights AMS. I tried to use L but that envelopes the aircraft in smoke (maybe chaff?) I also tried various other combinations but it didn't work.

You set up the L key for both the S and the J? They are separate modules in the MVAMS.

Hi,
just a feedback; Jonathan's advice in my case worked 90%. Just in case, I duplicated the commands even in FSUIPC (for both "J" and "S" versions, of course). The "flash/steady" option does work only in "flash" mode. This will do till the next upgrade,
Thanks again,
Fulvio

Re: ucrtbase.DLL CTD when F-4S is loading
No I only mapped the J. As previously mentioned I cant map anything for the S as I get an exception module error poppup with the S. Also I just tried another exterior light test, I picked the J VF-301 by chance and noticed that the J VF-301 cockpit is actually an E model cockpit? No worries...I am enjoying both the J and S and realize there are still some bugs to work out.
Thanks
Thanks

Re: ucrtbase.DLL CTD when F-4S is loading
The module error for the S is easily cleared by going into your MVAMS location\Configurations\F4S and deleting both radio files and then it will work fine.
As for the E cockpit J, if you have our F-4E there are some J liveries with a J external model that we added on request of some users. If you check your aircraft cfg you will see which ones overlap and which ones don't.

Ok that fixed it and now I can also assign a key for the master exterior lights and it works when set to flash, which I prefer. Thanks!

I had the same issue. Had to uninstall it. I'll be watching this post to see if it gets solved.

Didn't you install, delete the radio files, and then try to run the AMS so you could get the updates?
