F-4E FSX problems after download

I found in the F-4E texture folder the file MV_F4E_NL.exe 260KB clicked and received a message [can't open, D3DCompiler_43.dll not found]. Will it lead to a solution?
I don't know anything about team viewer and would keep it as last chance.

That is the cockpit lighting service and is unrelated. Chances are if the sys dlls are not loading it isn't loading either.

Team Viewer is quite simple to use. You send me a session ID and password when we are ready to connect and then I connect with that ID and password and can view your screen live as well as control your cursor if need be to direct you.

I am back again. In the meantime I cleared all Milviz files from my computer,( well I think so, for the uninstaller doesn't work) and will reinstall F-4E. I'm waiting for your instructions. My current time is 6:55pm.
