Do I require any of the service packs?. It does say on the JustFlight website that what I have is the latest version.

Do you have a plan flight created before hitting Fly Now?

I did the first time but ever since I have just tried to see if it works with the default flight plan.

If you don't mind, please walk through ALL of the steps you're taking from clicking on the FSX button...

(also, please make sure that you right click on it and are running it as admin)

The first error report is actually not related directly to the crash. It was a missing library issue which naturally needed to be resolved first. Please look for new error reports and post them so I can determine which module is causing the crash.

When I right click on it I dont get the Run As Admin button for some odd reason. All I do is double click the sim starts up and then I create my flight, lod up real world weather and then select my aircraft and then change the date and time and click fly now. Someone has just mentioned to me that some add ons cause problems for another one if I post a list of all the add ons I have would that help?.

The problem is most definitely because you're not running the sim as an admin. If you have the F-100 and it works... then that's the issue

I suggest that you try right clicking on the icon and seeing if there's a properties box...

What's your OS?

And good luck on the interview...

FSX SE is a bit different. He has to set Steam itself to run as admin. The shortcut for FSX SE is a bit different from regular shortcuts, although he can also go to the fsx.exe in the install location, right click on it, go to properties->Compatibility and select run this program as admin.

I will have a look to see if I can get it to run as admin and see what happens.
