F4E crashes to desktop when loading aircraft

Hello;

I've been through the online support program - very useful but to no avail.
I've spoken to Osh and they directed me to post on here.

The above fault is persistent after all advice from the online fault finding process.

My Operating system is window 7
I run FSX with integrated Acceleration

please advise further.

Could you please let it crash once more and then grab the error report and post it here?
(Control Panel->Administrative Tools->Event Viewer->Windows Logs->Application)
