Re: F-4J/S Install Compressed Zip Folders Error
To say the least, no wonder the installer isn't working. Even if you installed P3D on a different drive, it should still be creating a Lockheed Martin\Prepar3D v4 initial directory in which all those folders go. I am going to have to suggest reinstalling P3D.

Re: F-4J/S Install Compressed Zip Folders Error
I uninstalled and then reinstalled P3D V4 and it installed identical to the first time. I even run a P3D V4 Repair and that didn't change a thing. I also selected "Show all hidden files and folders" in the Control Panel and still no Lockheed Martin\Prepar3D v4 initial directory shows up (even when I do a computer search). P3D V4 is running just fine with no problems. All the A2A, Carenado, PMDG, etc. airplanes of mine install just fine. I even installed the MilViz Beaver, Otter, and Corsair and they all work fine. The MilVis F-4 Phantom is the only plane I cannot get to install. I want to thank you for all your time and effort in helping me with the F-4 installation problem. At this point I'll write off the $79.99 and consider it a learning experience! I'm too tired and wore out to continue this struggle! Thanks again for your efforts.

I'm not quite willing to give up yet. One last try. I have sent you an email with a different download link for you to try.

Re: F-4J/S Install Compressed Zip Folders Error
I tried the new download link and I got the same install results. I didn't mention it before; but the ACM doesn't work either. The ACM comes up as a "Gray empty box". Is there any way to do a manual install of the F-4?

There might be a missing library, but before I check for that, please go to your P3D directory, right click on the sim1.dll, select Properties->Details and post the version number.

Ok please download this app: http://www.dependencywalker.com/depends22_x64.zip
Go to the gauges folder in your P3D directory and open the MV_F-4S_ACM.dll in Dependency Walker.
Collapse the lists in the area outlined with red in the screenshot below. Take a screenshot and post it here.

Re: F-4J/S Install Compressed Zip Folders Error
Here is what you asked for. I could not find the file MV_WX.DLL under MV_F-4S_ACM.DLL.

In the process of looking for these and other F-4 Folders & Files I noticed there appeared to be gauges.dll files, airplane folders, and model/texture folders out of place. I got the MilViz F-4 Phantom up and running by moving folders & files to the below locations:
E:\gauges
MV_F-4J_ACM.DLL, MV_F4J__LT.DLL, MV_F-4J_SYS.DLL, MV_F-4S_ACM.DLL, MV_F-4SLT.DLL, MV_F-4S_SYS.DLL (Files)
E:\SimObjects\Airplanes
MilViz Phantom II J & MilViz Phantom II S (Folders)
E:\SimObjects\Misc
MV_F4WJ1, MV_F4WJ2, MV_F4WJ3, MV_F4WJ4 (Folders)
The F-4 Phantom is at least up and running. How this file arrangement will effect future upgrades, I have no clue. Thanks for all your help in the past 3 weeks!

The MV_WX.dll was just an example.
Glad it is working now.
