copying_from_ftp.txt
I purchased the F-4J/S TP/ADV Addon x 1 tonight and received an email with the download link.
Instead of downloading the addon I repeatedly get a .txt file (copying_from_ftp.txt) which states when opened "The file for this product is still copying from FTP. Please check back shortly".
It has been several hours and I am now down to 3 downloads remaining. There is no notification as to when I should or can download my purchase.
This system is very bizarre and I believe there must be some error.
Can you please advise how I can download my purchase.
